I have been curious about Buddhism for a long time since being interested consciousness studies for many years. I recently found out about SGI, and Nichiren Daishonin style of buddhist practice of chanting after being introduced to it through a friend. We chant: Nam myo ho renge kyo, and Ive found it to be very comforting and helpful for manifesting positive changes in my life so far. I recently joined my local SGI district.
