I first went to temple looking for a path to relieve my suffering. After a period of initial exposure, the dharma resonated strongly in me and I felt that the buddhist path was the way for me. I have been fortunate in having been exposed to wonderful teachers over the years, although now I am practicing alone without a teacher.
